Inspired by his popular short-term housing Facebook groups, which boasted large followings of like-minded individuals seeking comfortable and convenient stays, Frank founded our platform with a mission to redefine the housing experience.

Frank, a Queens, New York native, became a licensed Realtor in 2015. In his first brokerage, a small office on Fulton Street in Bedstuy, Brooklyn, Frank quickly witnessed the many struggles people face when moving into and around the city. One problem in particular was that younger professionals moving to the city by themselves could only afford a room in an apartment rather than an apartment to themselves. This phenomenon led to Frank's niche: pairing roommates and finding them an apartment with a combined budget. The concept was simple: what they couldn’t afford individually, they could afford as a group. It was out of this need that Frank fostered an online community across multiple social media platforms for people to offer rooms and apartments, and slowly it became one of the go-to platforms for people to find various housing accommodations throughout NYC and several other major cities. After nearly a decade, Frank was acknowledged by Business Insider for his contribution to the NYC rental market.
